An architecturally designed single dwelling, this is a new project for 2019 . Scheduled to feature on Grand Designs Australia TV show in 2019, this project just missed out after construction and filming itineraries did not match up. After three years taken for planning permission, this home will feature three stories with a roof top deck with sweeping views from Aireys Inlet lighthouse to Lorne and out to Tasmania over the tree canopy. This vision was not easy and was almost abandoned after a total re-design due to red tape before approval. This project is well on it’s way now and it excites the senses - a real sea change!
