Pre-Purchase
Structural Inspections
$595
We examine the skeleton of your home - the structural strength and integrity of the building. We visually assess the property to identify major defects and gain a general impression of the extent of any minor defects. We give you an objective opinion regarding the general condition and physical state of the property at the time of our inspection, given reasonable access to all areas of the property. We’re pleased to know we’ve alerted clients to monumental structural problems; when their life savings were at stake.
Pre-Purchase
Structural & Non-Structural Inspections
$795
We review the skin and armour over the skeleton. We examine the elements not related to the structural integrity of the building. Many overlook these, but they are no doubt, equally as important as the structure. If they pose a problem these can and will lead to structural issues and costly repairs if not identified. Understanding your building’s health as a whole is crucial to making a sound financial and safe decision
